1. Who We Are
House of Essenzi operates the Essenzi Creative Engine at this domain. For privacy enquiries, contact us at studio@houseofessenzi.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: campaign briefs, brand names, uploaded media, and any other content you enter into the engine. We also collect usage data including IP addresses (for rate limiting) and session identifiers (for authentication). We do not collect payment information directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to operate and improve the Service — generating campaign schemas, storing your projects, and sending the weekly digest email if configured. IP addresses are used solely for rate limiting abuse prevention and are not stored persistently. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Storage
Campaign data is stored in a database associated with the Service. Uploaded media files are stored on the hosting provider's infrastructure (local filesystem in development; cloud storage in production). We retain your data for as long as the Service is active or until you request deletion.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party processors, each with their own privacy practices: Fal.ai for image generation (prompts are sent to their API); Apify for web scraping when using the DNA Extractor; Pexels and Unsplash for reference imagery; your configured SMTP provider for sending the weekly digest. We do not control how these providers handle data sent to them.
6. Cookies and Session Data
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (essenzi_session) to authenticate access to the internal studio. No third-party tracking cookies are set. We do not use analytics cookies unless you have configured an analytics integration.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your campaign data at any time by contacting us. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your data including HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies, and environment-variable management of secrets. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
